Meredith Pritchard, CN, CNS Candidate

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate

(CNSC) with nearly 20 years of combined experience in the corporate

world and the health, wellness, and fitness industry. My journey into

clinical nutrition and functional medicine has been anything but

traditional—rooted not in textbooks, but in personal transformation.

After 16 years in high-level corporate finance, I faced my own health

challenges that left me feeling helpless and unheard within the

conventional medical system. Frustrated and searching for answers,

I began my own health journey. What started as a struggle soon became a breakthrough—not only in reclaiming my well-being, but in discovering a renewed sense of purpose and community. I found my passion, my “tribe,” and a clear mission to support others on their path to healing. Over the past several years, I’ve immersed myself in clinical nutrition and functional medicine, focusing on uncovering and addressing the root causes of health issues, not just managing symptoms.

I'm currently completing my M.S. in Applied Clinical Nutrition at Northeast College of Health Sciences, and plan to sit for the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential upon graduation. I'm thrilled to be part of the Apeiron Wellness & Functional Medicine team—a collaborative group of passionate practitioners dedicated to whole-person healing. My approach integrates body, mind, and soul. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their unique health journeys.

Beyond my clinical work, I’m also a college-level Anatomy & Physiology instructor and tutor. I have a strong interest in working with neurodiverse individuals (including ADHD), athlete, pediatric
populations, and anyone seeking to feel more empowered in their own body. I see myself as a
compassionate investigator—diving deep into the unique biochemical and functional makeup of each
person to uncover what’s truly going on beneath the surface.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body—not out of frustration, but out of
appreciation for all it does for you. Together, we can shift from fighting our bodies to truly
understanding and nourishing them.

I’m honored to be a part of your journey and can’t wait to help you uncover your voice, your vitality,
and the best version of you. You’ve got this—and I’ve got you.
