Lisa Frederick, CN, CNS-C
Lisa Frederick is a clinical nutrition professional with a Master of
Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrated Health. She is passionate
about helping individuals understand their health, feel confident in
their choices, and create realistic, sustainable habits that support
long-term well-being.
Through her clinical nutrition practice, Lisa provides individualized
nutrition counseling, comprehensive nutrition assessments, meal
planning, laboratory review, supplement education, and ongoing
support. Her experience includes working with a wide range of health concerns, including gastrointestinal health, metabolic health, autoimmune conditions, women’s health, bone health, and complex chronic conditions. She takes an integrative approach that considers nutrition alongside sleep, stress, movement, lifestyle, and behavioral factors.
Lisa believes nutrition should feel approachable, not overwhelming or restrictive. She takes the time to understand each person’s unique history, preferences, challenges, and goals, then translates nutrition science into practical strategies that can fit into everyday life. Her background as an educator has strengthened her ability to communicate complex health and nutrition concepts in a clear, supportive, and relatable way.
As a mom, military spouse, and educator, Lisa understands the many demands that can make taking care of your health feel challenging. Her approach is rooted in empathy, encouragement, and the belief that meaningful health changes are built through small, sustainable steps rather than perfection.
Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals and families build strong foundations for lasting health. She loves helping people connect the dots between what they eat, how they feel, and the everyday habits that influence their well-being.
